Hand crafted Pancetta made by Sunday Charcuterie using our woodland-reared British Lop Pork. Pancetta is cured and air dried belly pork and the slived version can be eaten straight from the pack or crisped up in a pan.

  • Pork belly 91.5%, salt 5%, brown sugar 2.5%, clack pepper, bay, white wine (CONTAINS SULPHITES) 1%.
